The Nook, Property Marketing & Website

The Nook is a boutique residential development in a former pub located on a quiet residential square to the east of the City of London.

Working with the team at O'Dear we created a marketing campaign with more than a subtle a nod to the building’s history – the earliest record of a public house on this spot being 1855 - the logo was designed to reflect both past and present combining a crown device with a more contemporary font style.

A marketing pack was also created with a bottle opener USB, which held a pdf brochure and market reports, as well as a series of beermats highlighting key information about the development and the local area. For potential buyers not fortunate enough to receive the marketing pack, there was also a website.
